Loan Documents
What’s included
Buyer Loan Documents
Loan documents for a home purchase are prepared by your lender or a servicing agent for your lender, and are signed jointly with your Title documents. How many documents you have to sign and what's in them will depend on the lender and the type of loan applied for.
Refinance Loan Documents
Whether refinancing a current loan, or adding a new loan onto your property, your Lender and Title documents will be required to be executed in the presence of a Notary. Depending on your current and new Lender(s), refinance documents may be similar to those signed when first purchasing your property.
